Coy's induction began the morning of May 22nd. Coy was really comfortable living in mommy and decided he would come when he was ready! Coy arrived on May 23rd at 7:38am. During those 24ish hours of labor, I was blown away by the love these parents have for one another. I would look at the way Ryne looked at Jessyca while she was pushing, and just bawl... Silently of course. I try to always keep a "fly on the wall" approach when photographing births, so that parent's forget I am even there. Take a look for yourself. His love for his wife is undeniably one of the most beautiful things I have ever documented.
The moment Jessyca took Coy into her arms, the whole room filled with emotion. Again, she shares it best in her own words, "As soon as I laid eyes on him that was the first, well second, thing I thought of was my mom. Of course the first thing I thought was that he was beautiful!
Coy's weight was 7lbs, 11oz. He was 21 inches long.
Ryne let family know that sweet Coy finally made his arrival!
Thank you, Jessyca and Ryne from the bottom of my heart. Coy is such a handsome little boy. You guys made this one of the best experiences I've ever had. I am so honored that you allowed me to be part of this day, and that you took my picture with sweet Coy!
Oh my goodness, how beautiful! I love this blog and little story. I too have witnessed the love that Jessica and Ryne have for each other. It is so refreshing to see.The love that they share for each other is amazing and the love they have for their precious son is something that if you are around them you can feel. I've known Ryne for a long time and met Jessica not to long ago but have heard of her for about 4 years now. They are the perfect couple and I know they will be great parents. I feel better just knowing them!
